The charges at the Sortti stations and the prices for emptying waste containers have increased
The service prices of HSY waste management changed on July 1, 2010. The prices for the emptying services of waste containers for unsorted wastes and biowaste on properties have increased by about 4-8 percent, depending on the type of containers and the emptying frequency. The customer fees at the Sortti stations and Munkinmäki waste station have increased on average by 8 percent. The new prices are included in the service price catalogue (pdf, available in Finnish).
A new Sortti station to Ruskeasanta
HSY will erect a new Sortti station at Ruskeasanta in Vantaa. The HSY board approved the project plan, concerning the Sortti station, during its board meeting on 11 June 2010. Read more .
